I am not normally a nail salon frequenter, but lately I have been needing my nails done for different events and I have been to a different place each time. This has been the only place that took the time and care to tackle my crazy cuticle/hangnail situation. If you want a really good and detailed manicure, this is the place!! My natural nails before they put the gel on looked better than they have in a very long time.
Anna does a great job on nails; however, overall, staff is extremely rude and intimidating so it almost isn't worth it to go there. It is not often a pleasant or relaxing experience like it should be when you're going to have your nails done which is unfortunate because they do a decent job.
I was very upset with how the Lady was licking her lips looking at my toes and when I asked her what her problem was she bent down and sucked my big toe,do not recommend unless you want to be harassed,didn't get my money back either
I've been coming here for two years now. You won't catch me anywhere else in Hampton Roads. They file the nail shape to be perfect and offer hundreds and hundreds of colors, jewels, designs. I've never had a nail lift and I put them to work with waitressing and lifting weights. They take their time and they get to know you! Very much a family atmosphere. They also just did a remodel and it's gorgeous in here! Everyone that works here is so talented. They prices are great for the work they do.
