Gosh. So many people walking out of here with wet hair. I don't get it. A nice salon doesn't send clients out the door with wet hair! That shouldn't happen.

I have been to Taglio 2 x in the last few months. My hairdressers name is Alex. I let Alex know I wasn't ready for a cut or commitment to color. We decided on a toner. The toner that Alex mixed was perfect- exactly as the picture of what I wanted was. I went from an orangey blonde to a dark brown that let my highlights peep through. The toner stayed in for a month. I scheduled another appt. and we went for a dark brown with plum undertone. All I can say is my hair is healthy, shiny and, I trust Alex and the instructors on site with my frail hair! Alex is also really great about keeping a cancellation list for those looking to get in sooner than scheduled.

Switched salons since moving to a different part of the valley and am so lucky to have found Debbie!!! She knows how to cut, color, & style my thick wavy hair. Debbie is friendly and pays attention to detail. The salon itself is very open, clean, and beautiful. It has an industrial vibe. LOVE the products they carry from Bumble & Bumble to Kérastase to Oribe & more!!! Plan ahead though because Debbie is popular and gets booked fast!

Dang! I'm bummed. I relocated and needed a new salon. They are super convenient and it actually is a great looking salon. I was booked w Chloe for a root touch up. She asked if I wanted her to dry my hair. I asked if she could just rough dry it so I don't walk out dripping wet. She spent maybe 5-7 min rough drying it. No brush involved which was fine. I went to pay and was told it was $110. I asked how much was the root touch up. It was $60. So I asked why am I paying 110? The girl at the front said because she blew dry it. I said my roots are still wet and it was a rough dry. I asked the girl to go talk to Chloe. She said "well Chloe said she blow dried it." And wouldn't ask her. Oh and also, the girl said "do you want to leave a tip on your card because it's your first time? " I asked what does that have to do with it? She said they only accept cash tips for tax purposes but acted like they do a favor for first time customers. Huh? You should say that when I booked an appt. PS they didn't do a confirmation call. I called and left a message the day before trying to confirm it no return call. Chloe was sweet but the girl at the front desk was not customer focused. Bummer!!
