Perfect Nails & Spa in Lake Havasu City, AZ

I made appointments for my granddaughter, daughter and myself because we could not get into our regular salon. The good part they had appointments available the next day. I saw they only had two star review but thought I would try them myself. YES! It is two stars. The acrylic fills were very sloppy with divots and missing edges also uneven lengths. I had a pedicure it took a whole 10 minutes with the polish everywhere. The polish was diluted so much it barely covered my nail. Nice enough people what little conversation we had.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this place is not the place to go. I mean, they did a horrible horrible job on my nails and when I tried to tell her how I wanted them she tried to tell me I was wrong and that's not how they should be,and then begin to rush through doing a half ass job like she was annoyed and started Speaking in Vietnamese all aggressively because I'm asking for what I want. Who's paying whooooo here???! When I left There was nail polish all over my nails. Didn't even attempt too clean up anything off my skin. Super cheap and super rushy. Read all the other review, they're absolutely right!

Was on vacation and wanted to get nails done with my girls. We called in days in advance and made appointments. On the day of our appointment we arrived to the salon early. We didn't even get started until 15 minutes after our appointment time. They will clip your nails and not measure them to make sure both hands are the same length. When i asked for a brighter color the lady has rolled her eyes at me. They stay being rushed and couldn't do just one of ours, they changed their people multiple times. The lady had taken her time and done really well on my first flower, but then made the second one terrible. I definitely would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Wanted some cute nails while visiting. Don't recommend this salon, if you want a good job done to your nails. We were ignored as regulars walked in and they took them in, but we made an appointment and had to wait longer than planned appointment. I'm not a expert at nails but this wasn't a coffin shape, they kept cutting my cuticles and making me bleed, let alone I left with crooked nails and not fully painted. It felt pretty rushed and a sloppy job. Poor sanitation, using the same gloves after touching someone else's feet they touched my hands. I'm not the type to criticize and complain about businesses and the way they run but the lack of care when doing service to me and my girls bothered me. Not quite the perfect nails lmao.

I haven't got my nails done in a while and got in the same day within a couple hours.. I was skeptical at first because how fast I was able to get in compared to other places and the bad reviews but I took a chance. I'm glad I did because everyone here is so friendly and all the other customers seemed to be happy as well. I love my acrylic set with painted French gel tips Tony did. I also got a gel pedicure with callus removal... he took his time and made sure everything looked great and was very nice. Everything was clean and sanitized, I will definitely be back again. I am picky and I am very happy I came here for some much needed self care.
