Perfect Look Hair Salon in Newberg, OR

Literally called and the lady over the phone was rude as hell while i was just trying to see if she was available for two people. Seeing as how the reviews are bad im not even going to the appointment with her  attitude - i wouldn't even trust her with my hair. Did nothing to get treated with such disrespect.

They charged me $300 for a cut and a color. I ended up leaving looking like Dora the Explorer. Nothing close to what I wanted at all. Rude staff

BE AWARE!! to the public. What I'm going to say is not because I'm trying to make this place look bad but because this is how this place Really Truly is.
I needed a haircut so I looked up on Google haircut places near me, so this place came up I decided to give them a call and ask him how much would it be for a man's regular haircut they told me $28.95 when i got the place was empty only two ladies were in there putting up Christmas decoration while I was standing right there for over 5 minutes feeling ignored. Then the younger lady came and asked me what I needed and I said I need a haircut just a regular men's haircut. While she was cutting my hair she faced me towards the mirror and asked me how was that and I said it's still a little bit long can you trim it down some more? So she did but the whole time she gave me a rudeness treatment. When I was going to pay she told me it was $36 and I said I was told there was $28.95? She said yeah but since I had to trim down your hair some more that's considered another haircut. you should mention that to your customers if you're going to charge them more for anything before as i only had just enough $29, the other lady that was in there short black curly hair with glasses Came with a power trip yelling putting her finger infront of my face the whole time saying i was given 3 haircuts! huh?? That doesn't make any sense how could I be given "3" haircuts?? & that I was going to pay or she was going to call the police that she was that manager!(very unprofessional). I told her to please stop yelling at me and if she wanted to call the police to go ahead. Cuz im not refusing to pay just all i could pay was $29. So the police never showed up. So i paid her the $29 and told her ill come back with the rest. Bad exp. she dont know how to cut hair my haircut was awfull! i REGRET not reading reviews for this place before going. Never will step inside a Perfect look again!

Holly always does a great job!  Listens to I want and will let me know if that is something that can be accomplished. Having a hairdresser that listens to you want is so important. My hair is super fine and completely straight and if the hairdresser isn't careful my hair will look like you took a weed eater to my head. After years of bad cuts at various salons, I finally found Holly! She has never given me a bad cut.

It really has taken me a long time to get to this review. The reason is I try not to write reviews in anger. Well I can say this place has driven me to basically become a do it your selfer.
I would really give this place a zero star if possible. Where to start?
I have been to this location because of vacinity convince. First time I made a reservation the next time I did not the next time I made a reservation. Making a reservation makes no difference. They don't seem to keep the reservation or they can't find it in their system.
I am going to concentrate on my daughter's hair coloring appointment. The stylist if you can call them that. Had reservations about doing the appointment. Why are you the hair coloring stylist if you are not confident? He proceeded to do everything wrong you could do during a hair coloring appointment. The bleaching was not left in long enough. He over washed her hair. At the end washing the coloring out immediately after putting it on. Not allowing it to set. Her hair ended up leaving the salon looking gray and destroyed.
We had to wait to weeks to repair the damage. As a teenager she was suffering a Traumatic syndrome for two weeks. As everyone noticed how could they not? The damage was done. Please don't use this location.
