i booked an appointment for my daughter at 9am, thursday march 18, 2021. my husband showed up at 8:50am with our 12 year old daughter. they waited until 9:40am without any communication from kristn. i called (818)446-9996 several times with no response. i texted this number several times, finally some one claiming to be her assistant responded that she is kristn assistant and kristn worked very late the night before. i was given this number by kristn. i assumed it was her personal cell number. i ask her assistant that responded, what time would she be at the shop to do my daughters hair? no one ever responded back. my husband left after waiting an hour and a half. my husband had some errands to run before our family vacation. kristn new that my 12 year old daughter was going through some emotional, bullying, self esteem, isolation, pandemic no social life style and mental issues. kristn ans her mother claimed yo care and to be loving and caring children of god. well after my husband going back and forth to the shop through out the day, i finally told my husband not to go back. the guys at the barber shop took my husbands number down and said that they would call my husband once kristn showed up, well kristn eventually showed up, and not for my daughter. I have never dealt with a hair stylis nor braider so unprofessional. just as well as kristn time be precious, my family time is just as important. do unto others the way that you would want the lord to do unto you.

"barber": DoLLaaa Can you say garage barbers ....well this is where they are at in Palmdale shop I'm pretty sure Lancaster is just as bad because it's not organized one bit a young barber name DOLLAA they call him ...I ask for taper and clearly he was high off drugs I can smell him but long story short I told him line up and a taper and he couldn't even do it but he works in barbershop but how ? He clearly have no certificate or never went too school.. clearly!!he was asking other barbers can they fix me because he didn't know what he was doing he messed me up bad some other barber had too fix his work bad business save your hairline and go to a excellent managed barbershop this is not what u want ...and one more thing " DoLLAaa" the " barber " walks back and forth borrowing other barbers spray ,brushes,guards, mirror, edgers how are you a barber borrowing other barbers equipment clearly he makes no money because he cannot cut and have to use other people equipment...BBB
