I came here for my sons haircut they totally messed up his hair. I wouldn't recommend here for you kids haircuts. They rushed through his haircut I regret paying them

I came her to get waxed and I was excited till I was done and I saw the girl had made my eyebrows so red and irriatated and puffy I thought it'd be a normal irritation that goes down. I was wrong I woke up this morning to my eyelid swollen the girl completely went too far down while waxing I think it was Erika . On top of that so much hair was missed but hope the swelling on my eyelid goes down soon. She just wen completely too low. Deserves 0 stars

I have been there 3 times for a hair color with out any problem. I call earlier today to make sure I could get my hair colored. I could only leave a message. I asked them to call me if there would be a problem. I told them "Since it is a walk in situation, I would be there around 5:15 pm". When I arrived and they asked me what I wanted. I told them a my hair colored the hair dresser told me that it was too late. I have been there at the same 5:00 hour before with no problem. When I told them that I called; left a message to call me if the time did not work. I was informed that their answer machine does not work that way (what ever that meant) and I needed to make an appointment. I was said I have not had a problem before. Again, I was told it was too busy with two people getting their hair cut. I told them that I call and why did they not call me back with a reply it was busy. They ignored me from that point on. Not a way to run a business to be rude with no customer service, telling me that their phone does not work that way. How does one call and make an appointment when no one answers the phone or provides appropriate information.

I came in a few weeks ago for my first time to get my eye brows waxed. All I asked for a small clean up since I had recently gotten my eyebrows done next door. Only reason why I came here was because my eye brow lady next door at the nail salon was not there that day...Anyways I go there waited over 25 minutes, once called to the room I told the lady in Spanish what I wanted and she did the complete opposite...my eyebrows were not the same shape, one was 3x skinner and shorter than the other. My eyebrows were a complete mess!. They were perfectly shaped when I walked in and walked out with two completely different eyebrows. Very disappointed... They were so horribly done. Will NEVER step a foot in that place or will recommend anyone to get their eyebrows waxed here.

Came here for a haircut and was happy with the results very fast great and friendly service would recommend to my friends and will be back !
