I came here today & the woman who I believe is the owner was so sweet. I thread my eyebrows all the time but this was my first time at this location. She did them very fast and less painful than I've had them done in the past! The decor and atmosphere is nice as well. I will definitely be returning!
I have been here several times. Today someone who claimed she was the owner did my eyebrows and took huge chunks of hair out of my eyebrows and then tried to tell me she didn't do it. I wish i could remember the person that did it before but I am super disappointed and unhappy. Luckily I have some pomade that I. An use to fill it in but I can't recommend this place bc the quality is extremely inconsistent. I have been getting my eyebrows done for years and have never had anyone mess them up like this before.
I have been coming here for my eye brow and upper lip threading along with the occasional facial. I absolutely LOVE this place! Pearl Brow does an incredible job-my brows are always on point, and the facials are magnificent-smooth and toned skin. I even learn a little about skin care when I'm there too! they are thoughtful and patient and truly enjoy what they're doing. It makes coming easy and comfortable!
Amazing service! They were so fast and really focus on the little details! Would definitely come here again if I didn't live out of state!!!
I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and while I appreciate how quickly they get brows done, I was laughed at for pointing out places where my brows were thinned out by her. I requested a clean up not a reshape. Especially not a reshape of one brow. I was told that next time I should say something before she begins the service. Won't be returning
