Robin is AMAZING! She can literally fix just about any bad dye job. I mean some of the before and afters I've seen first hand were pretty severe, including my own! LOL She does incredible color blending for a seamless look. I absolutely love her work! I had gone to Robin to lift my color from a medium brown to blondish blend. What I really appreciate is that she lifted my color without going too crazy so as to maintain the integrity of the hair shaft. Weeks after my hair was still very healthy with no breakage. This meant a lot to me considering I had been growing out my hair for quite some time and wanted to maintain the health of my hair. I got a lot of compliments on how great and healthy my hair looked. I was going through some of the other negative reviews here. I think as people, we are so used to getting what we want, when and how we want it. What we fail to see is behind the scenes of an independent business owner, navigating through all the red tape of Covid, it can be very difficult. We don't know or see what is going on behind the scenes in peoples lives. I think its important now during these difficult times, to have a little compassion for small business owners who are constantly being told to open, then to shut down, then open with rules and guidelines, and still try to make ends meet in their own real lives. I for one truly appreciate Robin for keeping Parlour open when possible, she is doing her best, even while putting her own health at risk so we can continue looking fly. Keep up the great work Robin, I look forward to supporting your business again in the future!

I travel all the way from Visalia just to see robin! I have always struggled loving my hair until I met robin ! She is an amazing artist, has always made me feel welcomed and I always leave feeling so beautiful when she is done with my hair.

Very rude.. wont be coming back to this establishment. The owner robin isn't friendly at all.. her assistant is very sweet however, so kudos to her!!!! But as far as robin? She has some talent, but her attitude and rude behavior makes it all for naught

I called to make an appointment. No one answered so I left a message. That was over a week ago and I never got a call back. Seems like she runs things on her own but I'd still expect a call back by now. Too bad. I like her work depicted in the pictures.

This review is long overdue! My search for an A+ stylist in Tracy is over, thank god! Robin is amazing and is so accommodating with my limited schedule, I'm so thankful . Prior to seeing Robin, I was on the verge of giving up on Tracy colorist/stylist--I had seen a handful, at 3 different high-end salons, in the past 2.5 yrs and was just so...disappointed. I thought I'd have to drive out of town to find one up to my standards (and they aren't that high, I swear!). I had been eyeing Robin on yelp and instagram for a while and I don't know why I didn't see her sooner!! She did wonders to my overprocessed hair and gave me EXACTLY the look I wanted. She really knows her stuff! She's in high demand, and now I know why! Thank you so much Robin!
