Pedicures: They use the same clippers etc on everyone, they do not wash their hands between clients. The orange scrub has the same spoon for every customer, some of the containers look bad on the bottom. They wipe everything down with the same cloth, no soap or disinfectant , move from one chair to the next. Manicures: hands are not washed between customers, same tools used for every customer, table and heat box are not disinfected or wiped down between clients. No evidence that sterilizer is being used at all. Often work on 2 clients at a time so your manicure is not meant to be personal, just a task to be done, but the cost is the same even if your time is shared.

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER!! I wish I could give zero stars but I can't so I'm giving them a one I came in with my friend we had an appointment for 11:30. they were taking people who came in after us. it was 12:50 and I still hadn't gotten my nails started. Not to mention they ladies were EXTREMElY rude and not professional at all. I finally told them I was gonna cancel my full set because I had already been there for over an hour and then the owner said she would take me and tried to keep me there while She was in the middle of doing someones nails After already being there for over an hour I told her no And she was still rude and then continued to be rude as I was walking out the door. NEVER AGAIN!!!

if you're looking for nails with beautiful designs book an appointment with moniqua! she's absolutely amazing with my nails every single time. not to mention she's insanely sweet and also delicate with my nails. i love my nails every single time with her. all i have to say is good things about her and my experience with her.

Their prices are ridiculous! $42 for a decent pedicure! My friend and I came to get pedis and they go so fast on the leg message it wasn't even enjoyable! Then my lady kept trying to talk me into getting gel for my French tip and I kept telling her no. Then tried to justify it even though I explained to her why I didn't want it. When you get French tip they don't even do the nice pink base above it! Definitely not enjoyable for paying $60 for a basic pedicure with tip and crappy message and then trying to be talked into spending more money. My friend wanted black French and the lady that did her made her lines super fat and refused to make them skinnier so the lady just painted her whole nail black instead. She then didn't put on her slippers, she handed them to her to put on herself and then needed the polish touched up and the lady rolled her eyes. Like it's not our job to put them on for this exact reason! Don't waste your time coming here. Waste of money!

I went in for a nice, relaxing pedicure and instead got a shoddy, 30 second massage on each leg and when I complained I was told that I had asked for the $32 pedicure and not the $42 one! So their prices just went up and the service went down! I can paint my own toe nails. The only reason I get a spa pedicure is for the leg massage. They honestly acted like they could care less if I was happy. Really disappointing!
