When I lived in IL, I took my kitty to Kendra for his nail trims. I swear she has some calming power over animals, because he was always a perfect little gentleman for her. When she started grooming my parents' dog, she asked lots of questions to make sure he turned out exactly the way they wanted. Kendra is very committed to her profession. She keeps up on grooming trends and works to improve her skills. I read online that she does some amazing de-shedding treatments, now. You really couldn't ask for a better groomer. I wish I could find someone half as good now that I've moved away from the 'burg!
