Palm Beach Tan in Redding, CA

Unfortunately the one in Windsor only has one 20 minute bed that doesn't even work correctly the Bennett Valley building is now closed but monthly cost keeps going up

I am usually not one to conduct such a review. All of the employees that work there are friendly and so kind. However, I am utterly shocked at the lack of empathy and customer service I've experienced in the past few days. I have been a member here for a few years on and off and THIS is the type of "customer service" I get when there's a national pandemic and they continue to charge my account for services that are not rendered. Disgusted. Will not be returning. CLEARLY they don't care about their customers during this difficult time.

I have been tanning for years and even worked in a tanning salon. The experience at the Palm Beach Tan is the first time I have experienced a place like this. Normally you can walk in and buy a month, three months, six month, etc, package. They do not sell that type of package or individual tans. If you want to tan there you have to sign up for the EFT. (electronic payments from your bank account) They then charge you a $20 initiation fee. I am not sure what they are initiating since I was already in the computer system from the previous owner. Once they get your money is when they advise you they only have one bed for the package you purchased. It is all about up sell. Upgrade and spend a ridiculous amount of money to use a different bed. You go in to tan and no one seems to know what they are doing. Since there is only one bed for the monthly fee they sold you, the wait is ridiculous. I end up walking out more than I tan. I will be cancelling and finding a a salon that fits my needs better than Palm Beach Tan.

I sold my home moved away from Santa Rosa in 2016 AND. Have not been to any of your locations since. I have now been informed that you've still been hitting my cc??!!! Since 2016!!! I demand full refund. I went in and called cancelling this Terrible customer service and book keeping.

I have been coming here for little over a year... and never have a problem. High traffic times I might have to wait but it's never been for longer than 15 minutes. I appreciate that when I am having multiple services that they give me a robe and a bag to put my clothes into so I can walk from room to room. Always clean and the staff is amazing!!! Always friendly and helpful. Will be happier when the new staff learns computers and help you get your deals or learn our names since we've been going there for years. And how to properly charge customers for add ones.. Every time my fiancé and myself are charged a different amount for the same combination we have been using for years. I do enjoy the facility but I've noticed that the staff is changing regularly and not as easygoing with long time customers with pretty much the best program that your facility offers. I think the staff is sweet... But needs better training and willingness to learn about your customers who have been coming for years. I would suggest that maybe you find away for your computers to let the staff know more about your customers and the years and programs that they have. I have been charged anywhere from $5-$20 for the same combination I have used overtime I go in. Maybe computer system needs upgrading and staff should be trained with a employee that knows what they are doing.
