I was being extremely kind and said multiple times I just wanted the $30 pedicure package... but despite my clear communication he incessantly told me to pick a more expensive package. Then MID pedicure, he stopped and asked if I wanted to have the yellow rough scrubby thing done and that it would cost another $5! Are you joking me? Every pedicure should have exfoliation even if it is the cheapest package. Disappointed and will not go back. Terrible service and bad vibes.
I have used this business since it opened and loved it went in today and needed a fill I had lost one nail the tech station #7 tells me a new set would be better I said ok. She procedures to remove my nails that are good and literally tears my pinky nail off COMPLETELY. It's throbbing and bleeding another tech comes over and says to put it in acetone and if it hurts let her know ummm yeah my nail is torn off and you want to put it in acetone !! So very disappointed!!! Didn't even offer anything ! Absolutely unnecessary. I have never posted a review but this was like nothing I've ever experienced. I went in totally fine and had my entire nail ripped off and told "sorry about that"
This place is clean and always do a good job. Tried cat eye today! They always get you in fast and very professional! Many styles to choose from.
One of the cleanest shops in town from my experience. Owners do the best work from what I've seen for nails but have never had a bad pedicure. I usually make an appointment and they have Always been good on timing and putting me next to my friend if it's a multi client appt. Bring cash for tips as they won't add that to a card transaction. They have a good selection of colors and services.
Best pedicure I've had probably ever. Very professional place! The gentleman who did my nails was very detailed with everything!
