Since they got bought out by palm beach tan the ultra tan salon has really gone out the door. Even though I was in the hospital for a month and unable to use my membership for three more months they refused to extend it for me.

Used to be Ultra Tan, but has changed to Palm Beach Tan. I have been very pleased with not only the tanning beds, but the staff is amazing! Tonya, the manager, has always been very helpful from day one of signing up for the deluxe package. ALL of the staff are super friendly and helpful! MY favorite bed is the red therapy bed! Get a great tan as well as helping my skin at the same time:) Also, I love the fact that I can play my own music:) Jamming and tanning The stand up is quite hot, BUT you can get dark really fast:) My only complaint is sometimes when I'm tired it doesn't last long enough lol:)

This is the WORST Ultratan I have ever been to. Most of their beds are broken. Other beds have lights out. I laid in one yesterday that had the facial tanning not working but I was ok with that. Once I get in however there was 8 bulbs out! I mean really? Once you are in there, what can you do? Hope to not come out looking like a zebra? The doors don't always close good. The poor girl at the counter is working so hard, I felt sorry for her. Just one girl trying to keep up with customers and cleaning beds in the busy part of the day. I don't plan on returning. I'd rather drive all the way to Easley to go. At least there the rooms have more space and good doors. The beds have always been fixed when I've been there too.
