Palm Beach Tan in Ozark, AL

Terrible Tori... I hate writing bad reviews. Being a manager in the customer service industry myself for over 15+ years, I know reviews can make or break a company. I'm not the complaining type,  but feel as though I owe it to the public to say how horrible Tori is.  Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! I was having a rough day, husband is a pilot and out of town for Fathers Day, I've been raising a toddler by myself for the past 20 days while he's been training. To top it off I had just received the news of my grandad dying-got a babysitter for an hour and decided to go tan for a moment to myself.  I get to your location 7:10 on Sunday-the Open lift was off and the lights turned down-door said closed at 8pm. I walk in and could feel the anger and disappointment from your employee Tori the moment I walked through the door. I told her that I wanted to spray tan-Versa/mystic didn't matter-just wanted to do what I did last time. Tori's exact words to me were "I just deep cleaned them for the night so we don't have anything available, you can regular tan if you want"? I was Adamant on spray tanning, so I asked her three times-she finally decided to let me go in. I told her level 3, she said okay-I went in to tan, and I noticed she put me at a level 1... I was willing to look past the crap service I got when I walked in, but putting it on level 1 was a complete bitch move. I came out of room to remind her that I wanted level 3 and she rolled her eyes and said okay, I went in, saw Levi 2 and came back out once again and had the audacity to argue with me about what levels you offer... I plan on cancelling my membership this week. Terrible Tori needs an attitude adjustment.

The best tanning salon!! It may be a little bit more pricey but u know u are getting quality & to me, that's definitely worth it. Clean place, easy to find...great staff and everything u need is right there.

Well I'm pretty disappointed. I Just moved here and went to this palm beach for the first time. I've gone to others MANY times in the past. Got the tour and the please sign up for a membership "which I never do the first time I go some where." Id rather pay and see how things go before I commit.  So I paid 20.89$ for cheap eye covers and a gold standard bed that's one up from the bottom level pretty pricey but ok. It was a 15 min bed but when I went in (after already paying) the girl informed me they would only let me tan for 7 minutes. I am a very tan Italian who uses beds pretty often so I was a bit taken back. I informed the girl I had tough skin and tan often but she said they would not increase the time. So basically I paid 20.89$ for only 46% of the product....... Needless to say I will not be purchasing a membership if they ripped me off right from the start... What a waste of time and money
