Annie's Nails in Ozark, AL

I left from the shop because of the blatant disrespect and disregard of me and a fellow African American woman. When I got there she was already there so I don't know how long she was waiting, it was one woman in the chair getting serviced already. I sat down and there was one guy sitting down that worked there, and he didn't ask at all, nor did the lady that was servicing the lady in the chair, "how may I help you or what services do you need." So now I'm noticing workers coming out the back and still no one is tending to us, they are walking around as if they have no other customers waiting, it's been 30 mins almost an hour later and then a caucasian woman and two other people walk through the door and before they can get in the door good they were asking them "how may I help you and what services do you need", so me and the other African American woman looked at each other and was like but we've been here waiting! They still disregarded us and tended to this lady and the other people that was with her while we're still sitting there like we're invisible. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT BACK IN THAT SHOP EVER AGAIN!!! They may not even care if I do or not and that's fine but that was some straight up disrespect on every level and they should be ashamed of themselves!! If I could rate a zero I would!!

Ok, maybe Alabama doesn't use Yelp much because I was surprised that there wasn't an update to Annie's Nails and the place was packed!! I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the wait was long. Some folks even left, probably because of the wait. But I'm in Alabama and not in a hurry! Maybe after 30 minutes the brought me into the pedicure room. Although initially I thought the wait wasn't bad... I soaked in the tub for another 45 mins
Again, I didn't mind, because my heels needed that long of a soak to loosen it all up, they had a cool game show on the tv, and (again) I wasn't in a hurry.
When she finally got to my feet, she did a great job. She didn't cut corners and literally brought my feet back to life.  So I'm taking one star because I was there for two hours total for one pedicure .. 4 stars for doing a  good job

Went here to get my eyebrows wax and the lady murder my eyebrows! She was in a rush and left my eyebrows super thin

The service is great. They were able to do my nails in a timely manner and make them look really nice. The workers are all very pleasant, and the environment is very friendly and welcoming. I can say that I'm not disappointed, and I will definitely be coming here again.

Went here to get Mink lash extensions..Nancy did a rush, terrible job..The "mink lashes" were hard and looked like cluster lashes. Half way through application she then advises me that she is out of sealant, so she will have to improvise with more glue...(for a $100 service..smh) After application they didn't look any different from regular eyelash extensions the clusters from the "mink lashes" was even exposed...I was EXTREMELY UNHAPPY and I let her know..the only thing she offered me was a "free" refill and its just crazy that she thinks I will let her touch my lashes again!! This was a TOTAL waste of $100.. Nancy lost a faithful customer!
