Palm Beach Tan in Greenville, SC

I have been a member of ultra Tan which is now owned by Palm Beach Tan.  I have been tanning for years  and going to the pelham road location for years.  Before this company took over the bulbs needed to be changed.  ITs been 3 months ans till no change of bulbs.  The beds do not even get very hot because of this and not to mention the extra lotion being used because of having to go more days to maintain what tan I have.  I have asked several times when were they were going to be changed.  The taller blonde manager said she had to be trained to change them and that was 2 months ago.  I asked again yesterday if bulbs had been changed yet and she practically bit my head off and said it would be at least 6 months and very rude saying that to me.  I have never been rude in asking about this stuff but it is a major concern when I do that they have a better answer.  IT seems to me that people are not getting their monies worth with your company if this minor thing cant be fixed.  Its simple please change the bulbs when they are supposed to be changed.  Thank You!

This is my home store & i usually have no issues. Before i even start let me say that Tosha is literally so wonderful but she has been out for a few weeks so the staff has been different people. On Sundays they close at 5. Running behind i walked into the store at 4:50. All of the lights were already off including the store sign. I ask to tan & the young blonde girl behind the counter refused to let me lay "because they don't allow people to lay after 4:50...?" Seems pretty convenient since that's the exact time i walked in..i asked her "since when?" She said "...uhh last week" funny I've never heard of that rule before & you would think if that was a rule for all of the salons that the corporate office would send an email out to everyone who pays for a tanning membership right? Sounds to me like she just didn't want to clean ONE more bed; something that takes less than a minute. I told her she should really relay that message to people that have memberships & all she said was "well I'm not the manager!" Girl i hope you never are the manager because your customer service skills SUCK. She walked out immediately after i did. Again, how convenient for her.

I just got my first spray tan ever, normally I use self tanner. I'm not sure what the lady's name was that was working. I told her it was my first time getting a spray tan (hoping to get a little rundown). She told me what she thought I should get which was medium with two additives, which i also can't remember the names of. I wasn't expecting anything super nice but once I got into the room I started thinking "I should've just taken my money elsewhere" It was $33 and I could've gone to a way nicer spray tan place for $35, where they do it for you. You get what you pay for normally, but this was way too expensive. The rooms were decently clean, but the mat in front of the booth was pretty wet. I didn't know until I got into the room that they didn't provide the sticky feet. So the bottoms of my feet are extremely brown. I got into the booth and couldn't hear what it was telling me to do because the fans were so loud. All I heard was when to turn around, so I just took my best guess on how to stand. I went through a ton of paper towels trying to get the tan off my the bottoms of my feet and the palms of my hands. They did have barrier cream, but i honestly don't think it did much. I don't think my experience would've been so bad if I had gotten more information on how it works. I read many articles before I went and if I hadn't I would've been screwed. If you have never gotten a spray tan before, my suggestion is go somewhere on the nicer side.
