usually don't have a problem with this place! however, workers definitely should be careful when talking about clients. was walking away from the check in counter and the two girls at the desk didn't wait but 2 seconds to start talking. i was hardly around the corner. this is extremely unprofessional.

I've been going here for almost a month, and I'm very impressed with the beds they have and the quality of the bulbs. They have monthly packages for different levels and it is definitely worth doing because you can tan every day. My only complaint is that they have a 24 hour rule, so you cannot tan at 6pm, and then the next day tan at 5:30pm. I've not been able to tan multiple days because of this rule.

I stopped by this PBT By my parents house for a spray tan before a gala not long ago -- the Versa pro spray booth did a really great job, I get the instant / darkest shade , and it was a great spray -- I wish they did more drying passes like some of the booths do bc it left me so wet and sticky I was awkwardly drying myself for what felt like forever.
The location is convenient, they got me back into the booth as soon as I checked in & paid, and had plenty of towels and accommodations in the room which is always appreciated!
The only reason(s) I chose 4 stars instead of 5 was the room wasn't set up / prepped once I walked in and one of the girls at the front desk had to set it up as I was walking back... usually the rooms are cleaned and prepped after each use but not a giant deal or anything. The girls were giggling about something while I was purchasing the tan at the front desk so that part I wasn't crazy about bc it just wasn't professional but not incredibly irritating or anything, just could've done without it while you're helping a customer.
I did appreciate that they didn't try to talk me into a membership or products like they usually do at PBT because that is incredibly annoying and I cannot stand how often the employees are encouraged to sell products that you don't want and you feel so pushed to buy them, even when you've said no each time.
But they had a solid amount of products to benefit sprays and had the "sticky feet" so the bottoms of my feet weren't dark brown which I ALWAYS love that they have haha. (No one likes gross spray tan feet right?)
But over all a clean, well stocked salon, great location, reasonable price and great spray tan service when you need a quick booth tan.

My daughter went for a spray tan for her sister's weddings and the tan looks horrible. She is blotchy and uneven all over. This was her first spray tan and was told it would be $35.  The employee asked her what bronzer and smells she wanted to add in. The employee never told her that there would be a charge for these items. The total ended up being $60 for a spray tan that looks terrible.  When I called and talked with the assistant manager, I was told nothing could be done about it-no refund at all. She offered to re-spray for free. No way would we trust them to spray her again considering how she looks right now!

The beds are clean and new.  I really liked the beds.  I do not like the way they push the lotions on you every time you come in.  It's to the point that they always say "are you ok with lotion?" and when you say "yes" the girl says "what kind of lotion do you use?"  Then when you respond she proceeds to berate you for not buying the $80 bottle of lotion.  I'm not denying that lotion is important but they obviously have been told to sell, sell, sell.  It was to the point that I would go to Gtown if I was in that area just to avoid the lotion nazi's.  I hate to give a bad review.  The girls are friendly but they really need to tone it down.  I ended up canceling my membership and I won't be back.  But it has nothing to do with the actual beds or the cleanliness.  Just too much hard sell on lotions.  If you go, be prepared to either buy the lotion or be laughed at when you tell them you use xyz lotion.  Literally, that was my experience.
