Best time of my day, the stand uo.bed is the way to go,staff is always so.helpful and takes great csde of customers.Great selection of tanning products and will order for you like certain ones.

This location of Palm Beach tan has once again been a major disappointment. If you do not want a monthly package they play games with your tanning. Three different times I have paid for a six pack of tanning. The first time I personally did not understand that the sessions were limited to so few minutes. Next before i used up my six visits they expired. Well i was upset but not too mad. Later I purchased a six pack, questioned when they expired and was told 6 months. I purchased this in January and today is March 28th and I was told I no longer had a package. When questioned the manager she extended my remaining visits to the end if March. That was nice of her but they can keep whatever is left because today was my fourth and final visit to give this poorly operated salon any of my hard earned money. They give you nothing in writing because the know they are ripping folks off. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I used to like to tan in the winter there but that was when the workers were nice and had some common sense versus being young and backing their dumb selves up with dumb policies that are never even given to the clients! I am sure before too long this will be another empty building in Aiken!

The staff were very polite, but I really don't like the beds because I havn't seen any results at all from the tanning beds. I purchased the silver package but don't think I will continue the membership and will be canceling because the beds aren't good at all. Maybe need to change the bulbs.

The beds are not being taking care of. Apparently they don't change the bulbs. I laid 4 days straight in different beds and got nothing off of them.  Some of the lady's are nice and some try to make you buy stuff. I think next year I'll go somewhere else

Terrible customer service combined with untrained management results in a very poorly operated business.problems have existed at the store for more than six months.The staff lacks the basic  understanding of the equipment and how it works. Very unfortunate! I would have given the store zero stars if it had been an option.
