Paisley Park Hair Salon in Riverdale, GA

I have been patronizing Paisley Park Hair Salon since 2012 and was very satisfied with my services and my relationship with the owner of the salon. However, in December 2023, she colored my hair and it was AWFUL. She said in a text message to me that she takes responsibility, but when I started to discuss the problem she became very defensive. I thought taking responsibility meant making amends. This did not mean that to her. When I went back for service, she charged me the full amount. I paid it because I did not want to lose my temper and create a scene. I texted her a couple of days later to discuss my concerns and she said in the text she took full responsibility. Today, I texted pictures of my hair and sent her a picture of my hair before this treatment. I told her in the text the least she could do was refund my money for the color since she agreed it was a mess. She said she credited my credit card and would send the money for the color service when I got back to her with the receipt. I had appointments scheduled for the rest of the month so that I could get it treated to restore the health of my hair. She canceled all appointments, Unfortunately, I will have to sue her. You never know someone's true character until there is a problem. I am saddened the relationship ended this way. I did not see this coming.

Paisley park is exactly the kind of shop I been looking for, and T is in a class by herself. She into the care of your hair. I been going to her for exactly 1 year and I am pleased with my hair. I love the way she shampoo and style my hair. T is the best. I see good results and I love it.

Great salon follows all CDC protocols, sanitizes after every client and limits to 1 client at a time. Fast, prompt and courteous!

Where do I start? I love Tee. She's all about healthy hair! She will nurse your hair back to life which is what I needed over 5 years ago and I haven't looked back. Growing hands!!!! How many stylist do you know that learns every customer hair and has the knowledge to customize a plan for you? Well, I don't know any. I'm in and off to work within 30 minutes. She's AWESOME with natural and relaxed hair. I originally had a relaxer and switched to natural. I have 2 other coworkers that were going to her and watching there styles, hair growth, and color for a while I decided to try her out. We all still come faithfully!! What are you waiting on?? I've passed this place for over 20 years. When I needed a new stylist I stopped in check it out. I was pleasantly surprised. It is immaculate and everyone working here was so pleasant. I came for my first appointment and was do pleased. No wait and such professional service. Fast forward to my second appointment. I love it. If you are in the area you've got to try this place. Ask for Tee. I'm so glad I stopped in!
