I have been tanning all my life and been to hundreds of tanning salons in my lifetime. I really adore the ladies that work here, prices are actually better then what's to be expected for a high end salon, and this is hands down the best tanning salon in Jackson/Lansing! They have everything here from Redlight therapy to massage! They actually have more services then what I use! When other businesses were shut down because of Covid the owner of this place was renovating and getting ready to bring his staff back to a thriving business! I personally know several employees that work here and this is definitely a great place to work or visit. My tan is always fabulous
Best tanning salon I have ever been to- and I've used a lot! Very clean, wonderful staff and the beds are premium quality. I always get the best color very quickly and never burn- they are cautious and make sure their clients are safely tanning. 5 star for sure!

I had the worst experience here. It started with miscommunication between employees. One told me I could have a $7 first time trial spray tan. When I came in to get it, another employee told me they cannot allow it. After being hard core sold to TWICE. Once by each employee for their lotions and potions, which their line started, "Hear me out", the other employee agreed to give me a $10 trial spray. I said OK and asked for a clear spray tan which develops over hours. I came out looking like a bronzed idiot with bronze spray everywhere and I had to go to work. I understand mistakes happened but they did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, I walked out furious and on top of it all, I was most definitely not treated like a guest. If the district manager/manager reads this, I would appreciate a response.
