If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Ally- my nail tech was amazing, but the OWNER was a total zero. His daughter took my $400 Tiffany's ring off the nail tech's desk when I went to go wash my hands. I came back and stated my ring was missing. I looked through my purse and the floor area. Ally moved the nail desk to see if it fell under there. I asked if the little girl could have possibly grabbed it (presuming positive intentions). Yep- she did. Ally came back and said it was in her pocket and I recovered it. I told the owner that his daughter owed me an apology and he said no- that he would "talk to her". I've been in education long enough which means that he will not be holding her accountable. I'd like to see this little girl's ring collection! It started off as a great experience that went south. The OWNER also treats his employees disrespectfully. Ally remind d him she had another appointment at 3. He told her she would have to do my mani first. So it became rushed (while my ring was almost stolen). And the next client was delayed by 30 minutes, which was not Ally's fault. DON'T GO HERE!!!
I was visiting my friends in Pinetop and needed an acrylic fill and gel polish. I just stopped in this shop because it was convenient. I got one of the best acrylic fill and nail polish that I have ever had. I didn't have an appointment and got right in, but I did notice that quite a few customers had appointments. This is the shop I will be using in Pinetop!
