I had booked an appt, I arrived on time to find 4 other ladies who booked appointments and were waiting. I was told it would be 30 minutes, one lady said I have an appt and have been waiting 30 minutes. 10 minutes later the gal who runs the place told me my technician was overbooked---you come back later. This is not the first time this has happened at this salon, the gal who runs the salon is very abrupt and rude. She yells at you if your late, she yells at you if your early........She lost several customers today. I will not be going back, and neither will my family members who have the same experience as me at this salon.
$30 basic pedicure done relatively well. Not perfect, but overall fine quality. 2 stars because as soon as you walk in you are hit with a completely overwhelming horrible chemical smell. Had I not already made appointments for my mom and I we would not have stayed. I left with a headache so it was not the most enjoyable experience.
Sign says walk ins welcome but they aren't so welcoming. I walked in for just an eyebrow wax. Was told to wait 5 minutes. I said ok. Then not 2 minutes later another lady asks if I have an appointment. I said no. She said we're too busy now - you come back later. This is the second time this has happened and I don't be back. If they don't want walk ins, they need to take that sign down.
Had an appt at 6 pm. Got there there were 5 people ahead of me still waiting 4 people in chairs just starting. They always over book. Won't be back
Took my 15 year old daughter in to get her nails done before Easter.
She said all of the technicians were openly drinking and talking about drinking for the Easter holiday. Will not return.
