Was happy to find a place that does "express pedicures" that I can do on my lunch break. Diane did a great job!

This place is a JOKE!!!! Ask for balayage and end up with skunk hair. And the manager is trying to refuse giving us our money back, because she thinks they're going to be the place to fix it. HELL NO. Do not let these people touch you. Worst experience ever. Next step BBB. Listen to all the other terrible reviews and stay far far away.

Bad experience with nails ...new owner Jojo did fills & filed off all the acrylic...cut my small finger with file... Nails began falling off one by one...asked for refund... denied...filed complaint with BBB...unresolved...BBB stated to file complaint with board if cosmology..next step.... AR

I took my girlfriend here to get her hair done (including color), nails, pedicure - you know, a nice gift of pampering. I have to tell you it was fabulous! First off, it's might be a little hard to find at first because it's tucked back in a shopping center off the main road. But once you walk in, it's a cute quaint shop with some neat decorating. My girlfriend said she thought the place made her feel relaxed right away. The appointment I had made for her was there (thank you) and they were right on time to take her. She left me with a big smile, a kiss on the cheek, and "see ya later". My job was done! I came back when I was supposed to and she looked awesome. Nice job on the hair color. I know, it might sound funny for a guy to comment on color, but it's easy to spot the red that comes out from a cheap coloring. Her hair had a real nice chestnut color without looking mousy. And her cut was exactly the way she wanted. Sweet. Her nails were done by the owner, she told me, and they had a blast talking about stuff (probably guys) and my girlfriend told her that we were headed for Cancun, so the owner put some little palm trees on her index fingers - nice touch! And she also said she really liked the pedicure and that I should get one. My friends have told me they're awesome for guys to get, so since this place rocks, I guess it's a good place for me to go get my first one. So, that's it. Overall, it was perfect. Easy to get an appointment, was on-time to start and finish, great quality coloring and cut, happy girlfriend, and good pricing in my book. What more do you expect? Definitely going back. Both of us.

I have not had my hair done here by my husband and son have. I want to say that there was a gentleman that intially was the stylist however he is not there and that was why my husband kept going there. My husband went elsewhere for a while and recently went back. The stylist that did his cut did a nice job (she had cut his hair once before) and he is going back to her. My husband and I agree that that in general, the stylists are unprofessional in that they are too loud, talk too much about personal issues, stop to take personal cell calls and gossip too much. The stylist that my husband had apparently was quite chatty about her personal life which my husband wasn't thrilled about but his cut was good so he will continue to go to her. I would highly recommend that the management take a good hard look at the atmosphere they portray. Other concerns are that I had to call multiple times before getting an answer other than a generic answering machine message which I didn't leave a message on since I wasn't sure it was the correct number and my husband had an appointment and once we arrived, they didn't have him written in the book, they were busy and wanted him to come back. That was when he decided to go elsewhere.
