Needed quick mani pedi while I was in area babysitting. Olivia's has huge sign outside advertising pedi mani gel $50. I was overwhelmed due to fact my son just had a heart transplant and additional surgery that morning to close chest. Somehow my $50 pedi mani turned into a $90 bill. She explained she was using a better gel $10 more. That would be $60. I was shocked when she said $90. I was in no shape to argue and I ended up Over tipping! Nice mani pedi but nothing special! I felt the two ladies up front took advantage of me! Would never recommend.
I found my new nail place. Olivia did my nails and they are perfect! I will be back! Clean and quick.
I have been going to this nail salon for about 7 years. I have never had less than a good experience. Olivia is very professional and friendly and that goes for the rest of the staff. I moved to The Hills in May of 2016 and tried numerous salons before landing at Olivia's. I have never had an issue with my nails, the salon is clean and even after reopening during COVID, I felt safe returning to my usual schedule. I alternate between spa pedicures and regular pedicures and have absolutely no complaints. I receive compliments on my nails regularly.
