Off 7th Hair Salon in Centereach, NY

This salon is amazing! They have been doing my highlights/ bayalage, and corrective color from other salons for years. Sometimes I go other places for the " Groupon" or to save a little money. It's not worth it because you end up paying almost the same amount for a masterpiece when what you received somewhere else was a 1/2 done paint by numbers. Also, if ever you aren't 100 percent satisfied, they do everything to accommodate you , without an attitude. I had Guy last time, he was amazing!!

I've been coming here for 5+ years. There may have been 1 incident of miscommunication regarding an appointment, but my overall experience here has been amazing. Melissa is always so nice on the phone and always puts the effort into booking an appointment with Brianna even if that means my hair cut is with someone else. Brianna is an incredible artist when it comes to hair. We've done numerous colors and she's never let me down. I will ask her what she thinks about changing the color or making my hair lighter. I can count on her to always be honest with me. All the staff there are very nice. I have no complaints. Yes it may be pricey for some, but for me its worth every penny.

I'm not one to post reviews but I would hate for someone else to make the same mistake that I did by going here based on their Instagram. Cried for MONTHS over my hair (that is just now slightly getting back to normal) after needing it fixed a few times and spending hundreds of dollars fixing it, buying a shit ton of olaplex to try to make it better, and wearing my hair in a ponytail or tucked behind my ears everyday because of how embarrassed I was of it. Everyone there was very nice and tried to make it right by me, which I appreciated, but I still wish I never made the mistake of coming all together because of the job that was done and the embarrassment I've had over my appearance for months.

I absolutely love Alexis!! She is amazing and really takes her time to make you look perfect. My only complaint are the prices. It's definitely the most expensive salon I've been to.

Pretentious and unprofessional, still upset months after my experience here. For over $400 I'd expect to be treated with respect. My hair is breaking a quarter way down from the root where the bleach was applied.

When I presented photos of colors I was interested in, my stylist just told me "nope, nope, not gonna happen, next.." without any reason as to why? For the price I'm paying for not only this salon, but this particular stylist as a "advanced color expert" or whatever desk plaque he had, I'd expect a better experience.
