my daughter went to get her hair cut and the lady disregarded what she had asked for and chopped my daughters beautiful hair off if you can't understand what we ask for then you shouldn't be in this line of work really this pisses me off she showed her a pic and explained to her exactly what she wanted ughhh how can you not understand I'm so pissed right now I do not recommend this place at all ughhhh Signed Christina Perez

I brought my son to get his hair cut. We sat outside and I moved one of the chairs to sit next to him.. after a few minutes an older woman came out and started to yell at me in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish,she finally told me I couldn't sit in her chairs. I was like ok? I stood up. Another person sitting in front told her in Spanish that I was waiting for her shop. Then she told me I could sit there. By that point I did not want to sit in "her" chairs. She offered no apology. I can not believe how rude she was.

My wife and I move to orange county a few years ago, and we been looking for a beauty salon that has hair stylist that can cut hair instead of buchering it!!!! For a while we lost hope and I went as far as cutting my own hair, my wife coworker mention that her and her family went to ofelia s beauty salon. And we decided to give it a chance ,honestly we had nothing to lose!!!!! So my wife and I gave it a chance, and to our luck we found a hair stylist that FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY cut our hair the way we like it!!!!!!!! Her name is Claudia , We highly recommended her to everyone who we know. Thank you so much for being so professional and cutting our hair the way we love it. And also thank you doing my wife's highlights, she loves them.

Always came here but, I was lied to that the stylist that always cut my hair was "on vacation"
