Ocean Shores Laundromat & Tanning in Ocean Shores, WA

Used laundromat area and it was okay. A little pricey, as are all laundromats. But very clean, well attended and just what I needed.

I happen to be in a wheelchair and needed some help getting my laundry basket into the shop. Anna came right over and was a champ! She helped me get my laundry in/out of the washer/dryer and even helped me fold my blankets. Good team over there!

Absolutely great staff! The ladies here were very accommodating and warm and extremely friendly. We only come to vacation 2-3x year and I will always come back for tanning and wellness.

So I just could not bring myself to pay 5 dollars for a load that is literally half the size of a standard in home washing machine. Perhaps its just the cost of things, but if it's the owner gouging, shame on them. But either way, that price is just outrageous. I actually started to break down, and do it, knowing that by the time I had dried, it would be pushing a 10 dollar mark for one freaking load of clothes lol , but then, I pulled open the door on the front load machine which never hold as much as top load, nor do I feel they get the clothes as clean, and this machine was also literally half the size of just a regular size home machine, seriously not even 1/2 of a large capacity one for cryin' out loud. lol I was like oh hell nah, lol I shut the door and walked out. I'll just buy underwear until I can get machines to the house. It's cheaper!! Man I just really feel bad for people that can't afford to buy machines, or don't any place for hook ups where they live here. Eeesh

I love this place! I moved to the beach almost two years ago and have been doing my laundry here ever since. It's wonderfully clean and bright, and Debbie is a delightful, super helpful person. I've been to laundromats in the past that are filthy and borderline traumatizing, which makes this one a welcome relief... not at all traumatizing! Haha. Highly recommended. : )
