I was in the area and decided to walk in for a full set. I sat down and waited. The tech was doing a pedicure and she was the only associate there so I sat down and waited. I was never acknowledged or even looked at. I knew she was busy and continued to wait while she started working on the same customer's manicure. I sat for a while and asked the associate if I could use the restroom, she said yes and the building is very clean and lovely. I went back to the room and asked the tech if she could do my set after she was done? I was informed that she had an appointment next. I was furious, it would have been nice to have been acknowledged an hour ago. I know it was a Saturday . I was trying to be patience and not rush her. I won't be back
Great environment & great people! I have been here many times for gel nails & haircuts/styles. I have always been beyond impressed with the staff and services. Today I was very dissapointed with the results and will probably not be back.
Giacomi's is my favorite Salon and it has been so since it opened! The staff is always very friendly, courteous and professional! Lindsey has been my hair stylist for years and always does a fantastic job! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Giacomos is a wonderful salon that features the best stylists in the area. They are constantly going to training and learning more and more new techniques. Don't believe me? Check out all there awards and schooling certificates plastered all over the place. Bottom line, these people know hair. The owners are local, caring, and down right good people. My stylist (Lindsey) has fresh ideas and I completely trust her. Included in every cut is an amazing head massage and for men they straight razor your neck. Every time I leave Giacomos I feel like a million bucks! Check them out!
Liz did exactly what I wanted- but somehow better! I highly recommend this adorable salon. Every one was friendly and had great customer service, I'll be back! Very fair prices too!!!
