First time haircut here. Spa is clean and stylists are knowledgeable and friendly. Service price point is higher than expected.
First time to this salon. Thought I was in the wrong area, passed by it at first and then almost missed it the second time.
It's a cute, cozy and nicely A/C salon. Not too cold. The area where your has is washed is much cooler but not extremely cold.
Appointments are made with the individual hair stylists. Walk ins maybe squeezed in but no guarantees since it depends on what appointments they already have scheduled. Recommend calling ahead to check, you might have to wait to get a response since they might be with clients.
I followed my hair stylist, Kimmy. A change from red highlights that I usually do. You can see more purple but there is blue in there. Awesome job!!!
Did a previous Balayage with Donna a few months ago and I loved it. Went back a few weeks ago to get a nice chocolate brown color. I wanted something darker for fall and less maintenance. During my consultation, we went over color and maintenance. She is very knowledgeable and is great with hair! Would definitely recommend Donna. I loved the outcome of my hair and loving my new stylist!

Alright, I'm going to be honest...I've been gate keeping this place. But I don't want to be that person anymore lol. The Salon is conveniently located in Kapolei. I can easily grab gas, a coffee or a bite to eat and then relax and just be taken care of. Honestly sometimes I think I pass out in the chair. (sorry! lol) I call Donna the hair Doctor, literally. Her color correction and technique is onpoint. Weather it's treating my dried out sunkissed hair or making my mermaid dreams come treat Donna blesses me with her magic.
