I'm a huge review person when it comes to nail salons and I saw there was a lot of negative reviews left on here from a while ago but not much recent. So I gave them a shot and honestly their work was amazing I love my acrylics, pricing is average and they had multiple regular customers come in while I was there that they clearly maintain great relationships with based off their conversations. I definitely recommend going here.
This is my favorite place to get my nails done. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. They do great work. My family enjoys going with me too.
The place was semi busy. No one told us the wait time, and told us to have a seat. I waited N hour and ended up leaving.
My gel nails were peeling off within 3 days because they were not applied properly. They wanted to charge me to fix them. They don't have enough colors to choose from in dip nails and no matter how many people ask for more colors they won't get more. They have people who can apply dip nails well if they would just get more colors. They also need to learn to do French with dip nails.
I went to this salon for 6 months with great service from a few of the techs and owner (can't remember her name) but 2 weeks ago I went in for a fill I was greeted with a quick "what do you need?" and sent to a station. A male tech began my fill without a smile or "hello, how are you?" As he began to brush on the solar gel I told him the pink color was way too bright and not the same tint as I had last time- he hastily got up. I was sent to another station where a female (young) who did my fill last time was obviously aggravated with me. She never smiled nor greeted me and she started talking in Vietnamese to the other techs as they were all gleaming at me like I was a demon, she was jerking my hand firmly and rolling her eyes. She then stated that there are other nail salons in town and that I should remember the color; I was shocked. This salon needs to go back to basics and learn to value their customers. I simply wanted the same shade of color that I had before.I will never go back and have numerous friends that won't be back either. RUDE!
