NOT Even A 1 Star!! Wont be going back! Customer service is terrible!! shocked that my nails got finished in a timely manner and actually look good, my bestie got hers done too but was pretty much told how she was going to get them done and my 15 y/o daughter wanted colored tips and was told absolutely not. While she was getting just solid acrylic nails she was actually in tears. The man that was doing her nails was being very rough and when he was told he was hurting her he just got worse. we told him to stop and he didn't listen. When we paid they got mad and were talking about us in English about NOT leaving them a tip!! We don't leave tips when customer service is so bad! Don't recommend them!!!
Not even a one star. So very very rude. Rough, left me sitting so she could fill up stations and talk on phone. I wish I would have walked out. What a waste.
I will NEVER come here ever again. Their customer service SUCKED. They were so rude and was arguing with me about my nails after I told them I did not like them and told them it was supposed to be clear at the bottom and green at the top as an ombré. He had it PINK at the bottom and a sparkley green at the top. And they weren't even the shape I wanted them. They looked worth 20$!! And the lady was trying to charge me 50! She then cut my nails and told me I could leave. Not to mention they were all getting extremely loud with me. And wasn't trying to fix anything the girl just kept telling me "I don't know what to tell you they are 50$"
This place is just horrible. My friend and I went there today , because it was the only nail shop open and we didn't think it was that bad . I had asked the women up front if they have a bright yellow color and she just look at me and said " I don't know " , I was upset that she didn't even get up and look . I told her that I found a color and I was ready , I went back to my seat and waited 30 MINUTES! 30 freaking minutes for her to come and see me . It was now 5 o'clock and I had been been since 4 o'clock, all I had done was the nails on and cut & nothing else, no the shape, not the color . NOTHING! . When I got up and told her that I'm not paying her for the service cause I've been sitting in here for an hour , and waited on the women for 30 minutes . Just horrible service and needs new workers who want to work .
This salon is incredibly unsafe, unhygienic, and severely lacking in customer service. Not one single tool was autoclaved, and they pushed drilling relentlessly. The technician showed no attention to the details that are so crucial in a good, long lasting manicure (nail capping, 100% previous polish removal, multiple polish layers, removing polish on the skin, etc). Alcohol-based products were applied via spray without any skin protectant. There was no cuticle oil. The disposable nail file was obviously used previously. Will not be returning.
