I came in for a acrylic fill with some nail art. I'll add pics of what I asked for and what Brian gave me. Very happy with the outcome, I love the look for the new Year approaching and winter in general. Brian was kind and pleasant to chat with, but he helped me achieve exactly what I was looking for, he picked out the colors for me and did a really great job. Definitely will come here again. The salon was nice and a good atmosphere.
I have typically been happy, very happy with their services. Only once in a few years, I had trouble with the gel polish peeling off of the acrylic. Weird. AND I've been trying to contact them all week. No answer.

I went in for a gel manicure two days ago and already have multiple chips in my manicure. I have never had my nails chip so easily and quickly.
Rarely do I share experiences on social media but I'm feeling the need to in this case. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have been a regular of NV since they opened up here. The last 2 appts have been terrible including the (I'm assuming) manager having to completely redo my nails after trying to salvage them which I appreciated and decided to try again thinking maybe this was a one time thing and they fixed it. This time I had a very odd experience in terms of steps of the process for dip and my hands were literally covered in everything the entire time from taking them off and putting them back on. I even asked in between if I could wash and she literally said no just wait. I made about 5 requests to fix something during and the end result was bubbled nails on most from the top coat, not properly smoothed edges on almost every nail even after request and it was not an enjoyable experience from a pain standpoint.
