Supposedly, Monica has the talent necessary to excel in her position due to her experience, but I found she did not have enough respect for me to become her new client. This observation is based on Monica's inability to keep the appointment time I had scheduled a week in advance. After 50 (fifty) minutes of patiently waiting for her to finish another client that she worked on instead of me, my sister and I left disappointed. Although the kind owner, Cindy, apologized for taking our time by making us wait for almost an hour, Monica never acknowledged our presence. For that reason alone, my sister and I will never return to Nuovo Salon.

I am visiting family and had to find a new salon . I have been very happy with the services provided at Nuovo. The stylist is very experienced, the facilities are homey and clean and the owner is very friendly. The people that schedule appointments are also very accommodating. I had to cancel once and left a voicemail and they got right back to me. I highly recommend Nuovo Salon!
Here every two weeks to get my lash extensions done! Have also gotten my hair done here. Great staff, so chic and clean, and a great salon to come to!
