NT Nails Salon in Livingston, LA

First time going, I was told about her by my hairstylist. I went was very impressed with nails and how long they lasted(tips 4 weeks)!
She listens and is very patient. It is appt only however with her being short staffed bc if covid it's nice to have an appt and actually start and finish on time. Not like the other nail salons in town where they require an appt and you're still waiting 3 hours and fill like you are herded like cattle.
The other times I have been with my daughters it's been also a nice experience. I always go back.

My granddaughter went to a different Livingston salon (which she's gone to for years) to get nails for homecoming. The nail-tech was busy and clearly did NOT care about the quality of her end product. The nails were thick, bulky, crooked and looked horrible. She should NOT have paid for them, but she doesn't like confrontation ... so she paid.

My granddaughter was so upset. She then went to your salon. You were kind, compassionate and made sure she was pleased with the end product!

She said "Guess I found a NEW salon!"

I visited this place on a whim - as I usually go to Springfield but live in the area and wanted to stay closer to home. I called and made an appointment. Once I arrived my technician was Lynn as it appeared as though everybody else was busy. She rushed through my nails and seemed distracted the majority of the time- either by the phone ringing, the door opening, or the extensive conversation with the nail tech that was next to her. She started filing my nails with the electric filer and was unbothered that the nail pieces were flying in my direction. Everything was a rush - she cut my nails quickly, filed quickly, polished quickly and when I mentioned that the polish wasn't covering my nails completely - she stated that the part she didn't polish was my cuticle. I had to ask her to clean the nail area and she was hesitant to do that. Overall my nails were mediocre and I wouldn't recommend her.

It was my first time at N'T  Nail salon and it was not worth the price. I purchased the top pedicure. package and it lasted only 15-20 min.   The package also came with hot stones and the hot stone massage was for about 10 seconds on each foot. I will not be returning back to this location.
