Kristen is one of the most trustworthy stylists I've had. I basically walk in tell do what you want. I have never walked out of this salon unhappy with my results. She has helped me go from red to blonde then black back to blonde. My hair is healthy as she helps educate what is need to continue to achieve my hair goals... she is the best out there and if you are in need of a great place all the ladies here do great work.
2 people from this salon completely ruined my hair. Was to get a simple trim of my all one length hair. My hair now has so many random pieces of much shorter hair throughout! Casey gave me the first botched trim. Kristen, who was correcting Cassey's work, made my hair even worse! My hair is a complete nightmare from these people. Good luck getting your money back from the person who destroys your hair.
After my trusted hair stylist moved away, I have been searching for a new go-to place for years. Finally, I found NOW Salon (about a year ago)! Laura is amazing! She is great at color and I love that they don't use damaging heat treatments. I've also had several facials and they were good quality as well. Other neighbors here love Kristen as well. This is a hidden gem right here in Fair Oaks and I am so happy I have found a new go-to salon.
Clean salon where the stylists are upbeat and friendly. My friend sees a guy stylist she loves (can't remember his name) and I've seen Kristen. Great cut and highlights. Prices to be expected.
On Sunday I had the most wonderful visit to Now Salon, I had my roots colored by Kristen and the most amazing facial from Johnnie, she talked to me about the steps we would be taking and making sure I was comfortable the entire time with the dim lighting and soothing music it really puts the entire experience in a 5 star rating! My face felt so smooth and clean..I WILL be going back to visit Johnnie at Now Salon for this salon is a one stop shop for a moms relaxing day!
