Moved to Georgia and wasn't happy with the salon that I had been going to, looked around on Yelp and found Nova, loved reading all the reviews, and tonight I was able to witness the amazing ness of this salon. Amber was fantastic and honest with me in regards to what I wanted and I felt as though she truly cared about what I wanted instead of pushing me into doing something she wanted. I'll definitely be back!!!
They had a groupon for $40 for a haircut and single process so this was a great deal. It was supposed to be an extra $10 off but it wouldn't work, but that's groupons fault. I was 30 minutes late because of holiday traffic and a minor fender bender but they were understanding and nice. Liz did my hair. It was a last minute appointment too, (I scheduled it at 7am and the appt was 1:30) which was great for a saturday. She listened to everything I had to say and understood my concerns. She took the time to get to know my hair and the way it behaves. I sent her pictures the night before of Emma Stone when she had curly blonde hair and I got exactly what I wanted. She did a great job. And the products they use are amazing. This was 2 days ago and my hair still smells great. It was like hanging out with my mom. Time flew by! The salon itself is beautiful and they have drinks and stuff up front as well as a nice bathroom. I don't typically go back to the same salon but I definitely will be coming back. It was a great experience and I didn't feel like my questions were annoying or too much.
I know Kim for almost a year. She has been doing my hair since. It was really dark and Kim helped me to get rid of the color and get back to blond. Kim is very innovative and likes to offer products and technics that can help your hair grow and look good. For instance, she used balayage technique doing my highlights, so even when my brown roots start showing, somehow they blend with my blond highlights and give me natural look. On the top of things she is very friendly and easy to talk to. Also Kim gave my daughter great haircut. Finally we found someone we can trust our hair!
