Nourish Hair and Body!! Congratulations!! Your entire staffs inability to do anything correctly has led me to leave my first ever Yelp review. Well done! I scheduled an appointment with Nourish Hair and Body about a week in advance of my haircut. The day of my appointment I received a call saying it was cancelled and I needed to reschedule so I did. A few days later I got a call the morning of my second appointment that my haircut was again cancelled and I would need to reschedule again. So again, I did just that. I finally went in for my third appointment and stood at the front desk for a few minutes until John (who saw me come in and had been standing five feet from me the whole time) asked if I needed any help or if I had an appointment. I did have an appointment and it was supposed to begin five minutes ago. I said "yes" and I was told to wait and that someone would be with me shortly. My jacket was taken to the back and I waited for my haircut to start. After waiting for over 20 minutes I asked the front desk if they could go grab my jacket. They did, and I then explained I had an appointment at 12 but I've been waiting too long and I am going to cancel, to which they replied "okay!" as if that was a normal experience for their customers. John, please spend less time looking at yourself in the mirror and more time focusing on the customers in your business. Horrendous customer service. Zero stars. Would not recommend!

I did a lot of research to find a master stylist that specializes in pixie style cuts and the search is finally over. John was super friendly and gave me tons of information on styling. He also walked me through his hair cut approach and offered ideas on maintenance. I was very happy with my cut and can honestly say he is the first to ever style my hair without me restyling it while in the salon. Its clear many know of him and share similar sentiments as you need to book him well in advance. Im so glad to have found him!

John is an artist... i miss going to get my short haircut. I used to have very long hair and when U was ready for a change he was the inly person I could trust. For hair color he's also the best... I actually met him when I needed to fix a horrible hail coloring made somewhere else... he not only fix it, but it look so healthy and smooth. He's a pro...

It took 10 years of living in the suburbs to find a salon that's NYC caliber. Actually, even better because of the atmosphere and excellent customer experience. True artists who really seem to love what they do. Everyone there is wonderful- Alex is a genius with color, John a true master at his craft and Nicole rounding out the experience making every customer feel pampered and comfortable. Nicole has cut and styled my 10 and 13 year old daughters hair and did an impeccable job- one has fine, wavy hair and the other thick and curly. A neighbor goes to Lydia for massages and spoke so highly of her, too. And, the products they use have brought my hair back to life- making it healthier than it has been in years. Referred by a friend, I started going during Covid. They took the safety of their staff and customers seriously and went above and beyond safety protocols. I'm a customer for life and obviously couldn't recommend Nourish more!
