My mother went to get silver grey color style and they bleached her hair, then they colored it twice... she didn't even check to see if the hair is strong enough to be bleached Her hair is falling out and the color is so uneven. I suggested she call and ask them what she could do for the hair damage. To which they replied with I don't know what you can do. I'm not sure what you can do to fix the damage due to the bleaching, stop touching the hair and maybe a treatment, but I'm not sure. Like what kind of salon owner says that to a client??
