My nails were done terrible. Guy was in a hurry so the job was not great. Then brought a friend to just get a manicure and the technician badly cut his cuticles to the point of bleeding. Never offered my friend any compensation for injuring him. I will not return there.

I had a gel manicure done that was so thin jt is completely chipping off within 48 hours and that was after insisting on another coat of polish because the nail technician did such a poor job and used so little polish you could still see my nails through it. Very bad vibe, and very hot to the point of being intolerable. Would never go back not even to have my nails fixed after wasting $35.

Scary place! A nice afternoon with my daughter and her friend turned scary. Although we had an appointment, our services were delayed at least 25 minutes. As we waited, the manager started my daughter's tips. Then, when his wife/co-worker arrived, he screamed at her in the scariest yelling I've heard in a place of bus. I thought he was going to beat her! He threw the nail glue in front of my daughter and yelled at the woman some more outside, in front of the store. Had tips not already been superglued to my daughter's fingers, I would have left. My daughter's friend kept telling her nail lady that she was hurting her. The lady gave her dirty looks. Neither set of acrylics were done well, no hand massage, no lotion and a bleeding cuticle...and although the girls picked colors, the techs didn't use colors remotely close. My daughter said that the poor woman that was screamed at was shaking while doing her nails and her face was red from embarrassment. The woman doing my pedicure was good but looked sad/close to tears the entire time. I felt a bad "tyrannical"vibe here, as if the employees are scared & treated poorly. The daughter & friends' fingers, cuticles, nail beds were sore from the crappy job. Do not give this man your money!

This is a great business..but..... if your looking for a design it depends on the person! ( if you want a good design ask for Michele or John) the other times I've gotten my nails done it was a p.o.s ( but It is only one person ) I'm not going to call out the person.... But when I get it by those two people THE DESIGN TURNS OUT AMAZING!

Clean and sanitary salon, but as one reviewer put it - "DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. These nail techs don't know what they're doing." I gave them 2 stars b/c it was clean and nicely decorated. But as we all know, the experience you have at a nail salon is mostly based on how well your nail tech knows their craft and provides quality service. I had a pretty pricey pedicure. Besides not getting the water temp. correct, I was never offered a beverage, but others were and it was HOT in there. She did a 1/2 a** job on my cuticles, and barley got what could be considered a massage. She just rubbed her hands over my legs and a little on my feet for about 5 minutes. I didn't get my hot towel rub down either. The checkout was confusing and the receptionist, while not rude, wasn't friendly. I was charged $35.00 but their website says $30 for the pedi I chose. I can get a better pedicure, welcome, service, and price at the salon in Walmart!
