Nine. Two. Zero salon, LLC in Appleton, WI

I only came here because Brittany had done a good job on cutting my hair at a diff salon and recommended I come here. When I booked my appt online however, I kept getting pushed to Leann. We txted each other and set up a time, but I kept cancelling because I was going to another salon that I love but decided to give them a try. First impression? There was no one at the reception desk when I first walked in and was unsure if I should check in or just sit in the waiting room, so I ended up sitting in the waiting room. My appt was scheduled at 6:30pm and they close at 8pm and I was suppose to get a cut and color. But whatever, gave them a try. Leann was friendly but when it came time to tell her what color I wanted, she didn't seem to listen to what I wanted and was pushing to give me burgundy highlights which were NOT one of my choices. In the end, I ended up w pink highlights which she did fix. After seeing how the coloring went, I decided I did not want her to cut bangs on me so I told her to just give me face framing hair. She hastily snipped one strand on each side since they were closing soon. After rinsing the permanent dye out of my hair, which she finally listened to what I wanted, she used a comb that had blonde hair on it. And oh, did I mention the brush she used to put the dye in my hair had blonde hair on it too? I'm a brunette. I didn't think that was sanitary and tipped her under 15% to show how unhappy I was. Not coming back, glad all these other pple had AMAZING things to say. If you get Brittany, you are in good hands if she does not push you to another hairstylist!!!

I was in town visiting and needed a haircut BAD! My cousin recommended Brittany Curry who was her wedding stylist and is also co-owner of this salon. She was able to fit me in on short notice. The salon has a convenient location on College Ave. right next to a jerk restaurant! Very easy to get in and out. The sign can be seen from the street. You won't miss it. Just opened in April it has a crisp, modern vibe. Everything is set up nicely and doesn't feel cramped. They have a small waiting area. The chairs are situated with space between them. Nothing worse than hearing everything the person next to you is saying while trying to talk to your stylist. The wash area has good size bowls. No straining my neck to reach the water! I didn't tour the whole salon but I'm sure the other areas are just as nice. The salon provides many services including cut, color, lash treatments, brow treatments (wish I lived in WI, I'd love to try microblading), men's services as well as bridal services. I'm cheering for this salon to do well! They've got a great location, beautiful interior, wonderful services and reasonable prices.
