I waited maybe 3.2 seconds before I got a chair. Very fast. Very friendly. I did have to wait a while before my pedi started but I sat in the massage chair and played on my phone. The lady who waited on me was precise and took her time to do it right. She wasn't too aggressive or pushy about products or services. I believe it was a nice experience personally. And she did a great job! I will be back. I arrived around 11:30 on a Friday afternoon if that helps. I see many very bad reviews but this was a good experience overall. Plenty of parking!
Terrible. I would not recommend this establishment. They need to be shut down. Nails were lumpy and uneven. I asked could she fix them and was told I'd have to wait an hour. Then she started talking in another language and walked off. They were busy and she refused to fix my nails and started working on other customers. Waste of my $90. I will never go back.
Stop in for a quick polish change. The service was super fast. However, my polish began chipping right after. They seem to rush customers, co it doesn't feel like an experience. It's a rush job to get you in and out, then on to the next customer. The tech even started painting my nails the wrong color even after I repeatedly told her what color I wanted.
Maybe it was an off day. We all have them, but I am not eager to go back.
These mofo's fUCKED my nails off! Cut them too short. Nails FAT as hell, unevenly shaped. The manager can't do nails and the other lady can't paint nails. She didn't paint my whole nail on a couple fingers. She painted my skin and cuticles. NEVER again!!!
To tell with this ripe off nail shop...they need to shut down. The lady owner is stubborn, rude and basic a** customer for these thin nails she put on me. Don't bother try to grow your real nails because they'll just break them on purpose just to get the thinnest full set I've ever seen....Definitely fell off since 2 years ago (inserts sad/mad face)
