Helen is amazing. Had a full set done today and LOVE them. I highly recommend Nina's.

I went for a walk in and was treated so nicely. I usually make appointments whenever I get my nails done but I was out of town for the holidays. However, I was in and out (just how I like it) and everyone in here was super kind and I just wanted to say THANK you!!

I have been to Nina's before & I know they have a few great nail techs. However this past time I had a man do my nails (I've never had him before) and he wasn't very good at dip nails. All my nails are crooked, I got a French manicure and there's specs of on a bunch of my nails, there's dip residue on my actual skin, overall they look sloppy. I used to go to Emmy & she was great, just be careful of who you have as your tech!

Nina and Hannah are the best manicurists and nail technicians in the region and I visit them every time I'm in town. I'm always greeted with a warm smile and a superb customer experience. Their newly opened salon is both beautiful and clean with a fresh modern look and feel. Just know that due to demand they allow visits by appointments only. Can't wait to visit again in the near future.

I haven't been to a nail salon in years and decided to treat myself after doing some rough yard projects for the last few months. I have natural nails but they're damaged, a dip manicure was suggested when I made my appointment & I agreed. I checked out a bunch of pics & vids so I knew what to expect. Well this was far from expectations & a huge disappointment. Nicole I believe, she's just terrible. I had a badly broken nail and I asked her to put a wrap on it, she told me I didn't need one and went ahead with the manicure. My cuticles were never touched once, there wasn't a drop of lotion to be found, and the manicure came out so thick & uneven it looked like I had ski mogels across every nail. Then she tried to tell me that's just what dip manicure's look like - a quick look at the Internet will tell you that's a lie. I was there for over an hour and a 1/2. At one point she walked away and started working with her next client who showed up 15 minutes early for her appointment, she didn't come back to me for 20 minutes I just sat there & steamed. Now she had no idea where she had left off with me and so I swear to you, some of my nails have 3 layers of top coat and some of them have 5, And she refiled them all taking another quarter of an inch of length off the nails I told her I was trying to grow out...I told her to stop she just wasn't even listening. So when she wonders why she didn't get a tip, it wasn't just the lousy manicure it was the insanely bad service as well. And it amazes me that I still have the original regular nail polish on my fingers and cuticles after this manicure, how is that even possible woman? ‍
