They take their time. Very relaxing, seat you right away. Make an appointment, though they do accept walk ins. Not pushy in any way. Just relaxing and quiet, and long. Also I get my eyebrows done here every time by different people. They are always amazing

I've gone to Ninas for years. I've never had a bad experience. They are always friendly and helpful. My nails are always perfect when I leave. The salon is amazingly clean. I couldn't image Newtown without Nina!
I had a very terrible experience. I went in and I was getting a pedicure and gel manicure that day with my friend. When I was getting a pedicure the women was very rough on my, and everything was very rushed. My pedicure was in total of maybe 15 minutes. Then we moved onto my nails. Just want to point out that my friend was ONLY getting a gel manicure and by the time I was finished with my gel manicure AND pedicure the nail women was still doing my friends gel manicure. I remember the women's name, but I respect her enough to not say it on here. But then when I went to pay I told the person that I left my 20% coupon at home and asked if they could honor it and they just laughed in my face! My whole experience was very unsatisfying and not relaxing at all!!!!
