This is the place I've been looking for for years!!! I'm a mom of 5....and do you know how freakin hard it is to get a cute cut without leaving with the "may I speak to your manager" do??? I've had long hair forever, because no one could get it right. And let's face it...at least with long hair, you can pull it up and look somewhat less "I haven't had a shower in days and why, yes, that is peanut butter on my pants about butt high." Anyway, this place is just the every 6 weeks reprieve I need!!! And I leave with the best haircut I've had in my life. Seriously, I rarely go anywhere that a stranger (mostly women) doesn't stop to talk about my hair. Jamaine is my girl, and she is awesome! I love the edgy feel of the place. It is one of the coolest buildings downtown. Go and enjoy the experience!!
I love the history and nostalgia of this salon. They have old jail cells in the basement from the 1800's. Ask for Adafo, he is amazing! He is a master colorist and always has the best ideas and designs for me. He provides exceptional service.
