NGL Nails in West Lebanon, NH

BE WARNED! I have NEVER written a Yelp review, and I rarely write reviews in general unless truly worth it- just couldn't let this one slide. I had the worst, most embarrassing experience with Adam doing my nails several days ago.
He had done acrylic tips the week before (he suggested, not what I requested...I wanted painted over acrylic with a teeny bit of length and he insisted I did not want that...) which in return, started chipping off the next day. When I went back, I told him what happened and he was very impatient, rolled his eyes and disregarded my request for what I wanted which I get at my regular salon out of state, saying "my nails were too short". He then plastered thick, uneven acrylic over my short, bridle nails and filed them down extremely short with zero shape.
When he was done, he got infuriated by my reaction questioning why he didn't add a little bit of shape/length
to them- he said he didn't have the time and started literally yelling at me in front of several other customers. My nails look like they have been chewed off then painted. It was mortifying... he was aggressive, raising his voice and outraged! Then, he demanded and was yelling at me to sit down and let him fix it... I wish I could show a clip on what happened and his behavior to see that I am not exaggerating!
I am still so embarrassed not just by his reaction and the way he spoke to me in front of other paying customers, but by the botched manicure that I now have to live with until I pay someone else to fix. I understand people have bad days, however he was noteworthy- incredibly rude and disrespectful. This was now three days ago and my nails and fingertips are still sore. This was the worst manicure experience of my life and a complete waste of my time and energy.

Went to get nails done for my prom and asked for silver and got a totally different color told then wanted the nails shorter but kept them  long.  Glue is all over the back of the nails cb

Terrible. I clipped them off that night. I was embarrassed by the low quality. The nails were uneven. Not even buffed or smoothed.

Total of 15 minute appointment.
So much damage to my real nails for a waste of $60

This place is under different management and no longer reflects the reviews from a few years ago. Although the nail tech was friendly, my gel manicure was bumpy and started peeling within days. My sister and niece had a similar experience. Yes, they found me a time slot but I won't be going again.

I asked for a manicure and instead of polish, just a buffed shiny finish.  

I got a CRAP job that took her about all of 8 minutes.  First, the trim job looks like a child did it.  Uneven on each nail, crooked.  And then to finish them off, she used a coarse sanding block, rubbed it side to side 2 or 3 times on each nail, and then "your done."  I was so surprised I didn't even know what to say.  Now all of my nails have scratches (they we pretty much okay when I went in), and I have to go home and fix them all myself.

A waste of my money and time, though she did it all so fast, so not MUCH wasted time!
