Called and the lady said sure she could squeeze me in before snow hit. Walk in with my legitimate, well marked, well trained and well mannered SERVICE DOG. (Not a fake one) and was refused entry or service. She said we don't want your dog in here. I said ma'am that's illegal and I will report you to the ADA. She said I don't care. So yes, I reported her and went somewhere else. Don't support this place !

This nail salon is more for older clientele, It is a place I wouldn't recommend to my friends or mother but more to my grandma. Not bad people but the services wasn't to my liking and up to date.
Wow! I have been going to this nail salon twice a month for the past eight years. I booked an appointment for last Monday and accidentally forgot to add it to my calendar and ended up missing the appointment. When I realized my mistake, I called to apologize and reschedule. The owner, Monica, ripped into me saying I hurt her business and that she refused to let me book a new appointment. Then she hung up on me. I have never missed an appointment and whenever I've had to reschedule, I have always called. In the past eight years of being their client and spending $48.00 (including a tip) each time, I estimate I've spent over $9,000 on their services. What a despicable and unprofessional way to treat a client over one missed appointment. If one client missing one appointment is the end of the world for this salon, maybe they should subscribe to a service that sends an appointment reminder text to the client. Definitely do not recommend wasting your money on this ungrateful business.
They are awesome professionals!! They work extremely well together and they treat you with so much kindness. Every time I go there I'm happy with the results. Never failed. Always accommodate when I call at the last minute. Love this place
