Just A Cut in Laredo, TX

I've gone to this location for over 10 years now. I went to get a haircut today and asked for a fade starting with a 0 and working up to a 2. This is the same haircut I have received from this establishment for a while now. The lady proceeded with the 0 all the way up the backside of my head. I had her finish with the 0 because there was no going back now and then she attempted to charge me. She stated that I would have to pay because I received a haircut. I pointed out the poster that's on their wall that states if you're not satisfied with the haircut, the haircut is free. She went to the back and I assume spoke with a coworker. She came out and said I had the right to not pay today, but if I didn't pay I'd be banned from this location henceforth. I said that was fine and walked out. I received no apology but instead was told " you should've been more clear". I told her "I request the same order every time I come here and have never had it done incorrectly." I said nothing rude, did not give off an attitude or even roll my eyes, and yet, the hairdresser presented all of these traits and then proceeded to ban me for life. I am very disappointed in this establishment. You have lost a very faithful customer who always tips and who has had their hair cut here every 2 weeks for well over a decade.

Bad Service. Employees always talking in inappropriate language. Last time i went to these place waited for a long time then three of the employees started arguing that they didn't want to cut anymore hair that they were too tired. My kid ended up with a bad hair cut, which i think was done on purpose secondary to approching them for their inappropriate behavior. One of them was making time and spent more than 45 min supposedly cleaning making time to clock out. I called the place to talk to the manager the whole week, and employees answered the phone and their response was that the manager wasn't there and they were not sure of the managers working hours, left message manager never called back.

I've never left a review for anything before, but just a-cut has earned the privilege. I had the WORST haircut of all time here. The Mexican lady was talking to her friends the whole time about her weekend plans, not focusing at all on my hair. She also very rough. Not surprisingly she butchered my hair. Worst of all, when I asked her to fix it, she said she would have to charge ANOTHER haircut to fix HER mistake. Unbelievable. While it may be faster to get a haircut here, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
