I have an appointment yesterday with Mary lu I arrived on time open the door and the first thing they asked me is if I have and appointment and I said yes I do. The lady at front desk looked clueless. She asked for my name and who's the person that you have your appointment with. and I said my appointment was with Mary lu she grabbed the note book and show it to her like o look he does have an appointment. Mary lu looks like o well let him wait cause she was busy with another customer. I wait for 10 minutes and I left. The only waste my time for no reason. My Question is why make people to do an appointment if you're not going to respect it?? Is so unprofessional Mary lu didn't know that my wife send me there
This is my go to place to get my haircut. I love how Lucy cuts ny a line haircut. It is very clean & everyone always has their masks on. They are very well spaced out. Price is very decent for the area pricing.
Rosa was able to fit me in VERY last minute and I'm so glad she did! I love my new cut, I chopped off about 10 inches. The salon is very clean & you are required to wear a mask, walk ins are welcome but it's best to make an appointment; also, if you're booking with Rosa she only accepts cash.
I came to Lucy with my a hair nightmare my hair was brassy and orange from a salon out of town I will not mention. She was like an angel from heaven. She showed me some photos of what she thought I was describing I wanted. After selecting one she got to work right away and delivered me back to my dream blonde no brass no orange.
