I went here about 4 times and noticed that my hair wasn't perfect but I'm a single mom, I'm busy, I don't have time to inspect my hair for perfection, but if I'm going to pay a professional, I expect a bit of professionalism. I called a friend of mine who is a hairdresser and asked her to look at it. Upon that inspection, I found NONE of the gray underneath the topmost layer was covered at all. She pulled the color through my hair all the way to the ends, when I just needed root coverage. She didn't do anything different this last time, so she must have been doing the same thing this whole time. I called the owner who made excuses saying color is always different and her coloring reps screw her over and give her the wrong products! So she's not getting good products and not correcting her suppliers. Then she said if you're sick, or on your cycle, OR IF THE WEATHER IS BAD, your color won't stay. That's COMPLETE B.S.! I asked for a refund for only the last coloring appointment I had (about $60) but she refused to give me money back and only offered to fix my hair, which I don't want anyone there touching my hair.
