Love getting my hair done here. Staff are very knowledgeable. I have my hair done by Nicole and always trust her guidance. Haven't had a cut or color there I didn't love and I've tried a few different styles. Nicole has helped me avoid bad decisions when I've contemplated big changes that I may not love. Shanya has always done a great job when she washes and dries my hair while Nicole is finishing up with another client. I've never waited a crazy long time and even if I did it would be worth the wait.
I hate to do this because the owner, Nichole is so positive and talented. It's really a shame since Holly left because it used to be that you couldn't go wrong with either stylist. I know she had a lot of trouble finding someone, but the vibes are just off now. I went and got highlights then immediately booked an appointment at another salon because I went home to find it wasn't at all what I asked for (rather bad actually) and I didn't feel Jessica would really be able to fix it if I expressed dissatisfaction. Side note, I hate the smell of cigarettes. Fast forward to my next appointment, Jessica texts me twice while I'm on vacation outside of the States. I don't know what day the first text was, but my plane lands Wednesday afternoon and I have a request to confirm an appointment and a second text/lecture about how she works for commission and won't get paid if I don't show up to the appointment on Saturday. It was a polite text but just rubbed me the wrong way. I'll go to Nichole if I go back.
Nicole and Jessica have both being doing my hair for a while now. I am a pretty picky person when it comes to my color and cut and they don't disappoint. The salon is always clean and in order. The staff is warm and very skilled.
I came here this morning and the stylist did a great job ! My appointment was at 10:30 and I was done before 12:30. I got the wash deep condition blow dry flat iron and trip for under $100, it was amazing ! Being that I moved here from Southern California, I was used to higher prices . This place is a little gem ! Will definitely be back in 2 weeks
